How long will it last?

Can I colour or bleach it?
It takes colour, but take it to a professional. Home bleach is the single most common way a good bundle gets ruined, and it isn't covered by our returns.
How many bundles do I need?

Why does my 20" look shorter than 20"?
Curl pattern. Hair is measured stretched straight, so a wave or curl wears two to four inches shorter. Buy up a length if you want a specific look.

Can I return it?
Unworn and still tied, yes — within [confirm window]. Once it's been worn or washed we can't, for hygiene reasons. Faulty or wrong items are always sorted out.
