Delivery
- Abuja — [confirm timeframe, e.g. same or next day]. [Confirm whether it's free, and above what order value.]
- Rest of Nigeria — [confirm timeframe, e.g. 2–4 working days] via [confirm courier].
- Orders placed after [confirm cut-off time] go out the next working day.
- You'll get a tracking number on WhatsApp as soon as your parcel leaves us.
Payment
Card, bank transfer and USSD are all accepted at checkout. If you'd rather pay in parts, see Pay in installments.
Returns
Hair is a hygiene product, so once a bundle has been worn, washed, cut, coloured or had the ties removed, we can't take it back. That's standard across the industry and it protects every customer.
We will always sort out:
- The wrong item or wrong length arriving.
- A defect — excessive shedding straight out of the pack, or a weft coming apart.
- Anything that arrives damaged in transit.
Message us within [confirm window, e.g. 48 hours] of delivery with photos, hair still tied and unworn, and we'll replace it or refund you.
