By browsing or buying from Zele Luxury Hair ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to the terms below. Please read them before placing an order.

Products

We describe our hair as accurately as possible, but because it's a natural product, slight variations in colour, texture, or shade are normal and are not considered defects.

Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and may change without notice. Sale prices apply only to the item(s) marked and only for the stated period. You can pay in full at checkout, or split your payment into installments — see our Refund Policy for how installment orders work. Payments are processed securely through Paystack.

Order acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy — we confirm it once payment is received. In the rare case an item is unavailable after you've paid, we'll contact you on WhatsApp to arrange a refund or substitute.
